Hi. I have problems with the pop up. I don’t know why it is not activated in any of the available options.
    Thank you

    Hi,

Make sure that you added the Newsletter element into the header content.

I do not understand what you want to say. Is there a tutorial on this?
    Thank you

Hi again!. Ok.. Now I can see it, but it does so with two white stripes up and down and with different dimensions. I used the same static blocks, and I put a photo with the same dimensions that you use (390×532). Where’s the problem so it doesn’t look the same? Thank you!

Also, I note that the configuration does not allow it to look good on mobile. Would you be so kind as to tell me what settings you use for a good display on your mobile?
I’ve tried various options, but can’t get it to look like your template

    Hello,

    1) I don’t see any white stripes at your popup https://prnt.sc/x7nhcm

    2) We don’t display promo popup for mobile. What design do you want to the mobile? Could you provide us with mockup and I’ll suggest to you how to achieve that?

    Regards

    Thanks!!
    I answer

    1. I was able to fix it. You have to fix the margins.

    2. Ok. Thanks for the offer, but I decided to hide the image on the mobile.

    Thank you
