Plugins problems - by nuts - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi, have 2 problems with the plugins:

    1. Slider revolution vs Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer – they two gave a conflict. When the addons active – i cannot see the slider settings, only the menu. Contucted the author they asked to apply to the Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer author. I have it from yr theme… so pls can you help me to reach the author for the troubleshooting. (when the app is de-activated the all is fine)

    2. Screets chat had a major update, after it i cannot see the chat online (before that everything was just fine). Pls can you help with this issue too.

    Screets runs ok now, but the 1st question is still open.

    Hello,

    Some other plugin is causing the issue.
    Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and keep “Ultimate VC Addons”, “Visual Composer”, “Revolution Slider”, “Woocommerce” plugins enabled.
    After that check slider settings.

    Eva, did that – the result is the ultimate addons – switched off everything else – works fine.
    Ultimate VC Addons – ON – fail.

    really strange – for now it seems 2 apps are causing an error – screets chat & ultimate addons.
    or a combinations of them

    even more strange – enabling one after another leads to an error.
    deactivating last app – nothing + deactivating ultimate addons – again works fine

    Hello,

    I’ve disabled all 3rd-party plugins except of “Ultimate VC Addons”, “Visual Composer”, “Revolution Slider”, “Woocommerce”, “Screets Chat” plugins.
    Revolution Slider settings are working properly.
    So please disable all 3rd-party plugins and check.
