    Hi there,

Just purchased your theme and run into a problem straight away while installing it. Three of the required plugins will not install. I can install them manually because I can’t see where they are.

Here’s are the error messages –

The installation and activation process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

Installing and Activating Plugin 8theme Core (1/3)
    Downloading install package from http://tecvendor.wpengine.com/wp-content/themes/xstore/theme/plugins/et-core-plugin.zip…
An error occurred while installing 8theme Core: Download failed. Unauthorized.
Installing and Activating Plugin Revolution Slider (2/3)
    Downloading install package from http://tecvendor.wpengine.com/wp-content/themes/xstore/theme/plugins/revslider.zip…
An error occurred while installing Revolution Slider: Download failed. Unauthorized.
Installing and Activating Plugin Visual Composer (3/3)
    Downloading install package from http://tecvendor.wpengine.com/wp-content/themes/xstore/theme/plugins/js_composer.zip…
An error occurred while installing Visual Composer: Download failed. Unauthorized.
All installations and activations have been completed.

    Thanks,

    Steve

Hey, cancel that. I’ve not found the plugins and installed them manually.

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hello,

The problem was related to your server settings. We are glad that you sorted out.
Keep in mind that you always can find the latest versions of included plugins here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
