I can’t upload it via ftp because I don’t know where to download it from. It’s not listed on the download plugins page.

Hello,
The problem is related to your server settings and you can install it via FTP.
We’ll add the new plugin to the list on Download page on Monday. Meanwhile you can find plugin archive in /wp-content/themes/xstore/theme/plugins/ folder.
