Plugin Requirements Failed - by locksunlight

Hello,

Just purchased your theme but there are two plugins that will not install.

This theme requires the following plugin: 8theme Post Types.
This theme recommends the following plugin: Screets Chat.

When I attempt to install “8theme Post Types” Issuee the below error
Downloading installation package from https://www.8theme.com/themes/api/files/get/classico-et-post-types.zip?token=vqMXy13L20XAJCCXw83eWnAqImSbVYgUNguvXxUL1533479508…

Unpacking the package…

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Screets Chat is almost the same.

I also can’t mimic the product page as seen on this link https://www.8theme.com/demo/classico/variant15/product/velvet-sequins-open-back-26/

Hello,

1) a) Make sure that you have enough disc space on your server to download and extract zip files.
b) Try to deactivate theme in Theme Options and activate it again using your purchase code. Try to install plugins again (Appearance > Install plugins)

2) a) Create variable product following the WC instructions https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/
b) Go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product > Page Layout > choose the one from the screenshot http://prntscr.com/kfdc02 and Enable slider for gallery images > Off
