Please help out with post upgrade issue – live site- urgent

Hi,

I updated theme and at first all seemed ok now I am getting issue with page being not displayed properly see screenshot. Lazy load is off. purges cleared and I see message about critical error.
This is live site so it is urgent.

This seems to be the issue just on home page, which is weird. other look fine and open without problem. see also error log

Please, contact administrator
for this information.
