    Hello,

    for example, if you do not go to the non-existent page http://www.heatmebox/fire, a 404 page opens.

    The text under Oops is not visible (because white). How can I change the font to black?

    One more question: Do I need to create my own 404 page or is the displayed 404 page quite sufficient?

    Hello Juergen,

    1. We have attempted to access the URL you provided (https://postimg.cc/w3CdqBHR/) and have been unable to do so. We suggest that you use Custom CSS code to change the text color OR provide us the correct/working URL so that we will check and provide you the Custom CSS for it.

    2. There is only one way to modify the content of the 404 page in the Xstore theme. You can find it under XStore >> Theme Options >> 404 Page.

    Please create a new Static Block, add the content as per your requirements, then copy the shortcode of that block and paste it under the content area of the option. Please refer to the screenshots provided here: https://postimg.cc/WdfCWH0R and https://ibb.co/j5zhHzf

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hi Tony,

    Thank you very much. I have created a new 404 page today.

    In the mobile view there is a white space to the header as well as to the footer.

    This does not look nice, how can I adjust this without spacing?

    Could you send a suggestion to the software developers to include Twitter clone THREADS with the social media?

    If you can do that with the next theme update, it will show your and future customers that you are way ahead.

    This is just a tip.

    Hello @Juergen,

    1. In order to resolve your issue, please copy and paste the following CSS code into Xstore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then clear your browser cache.

    .page-404 {
    margin-top: 0 !important;
    margin-bottom: 0 !important;
    }

    2. Thank you for your suggestion. Adding an option for threads within the theme would provide more flexibility for users.

    The number of upvotes required for the feature to be implemented ultimately depends on the dev team’s decision-making process and priorities.

    We suggest adding any feature requests to the taskboard so that they can be considered in future updates: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

    Thank you again for your feedback and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further suggestions or questions.

    We wish you the best of luck.

    Kind regards,
    8Theme’s Team
