    Hello,

I would like to ask whether you are planning to implement support for the upcoming EU requirement related to the online withdrawal/cancellation button for consumers.

As far as I understand, from 19 June 2026, online stores selling to consumers in the EU will need to provide an easily accessible function allowing customers to withdraw from a contract online. This should include, among other things, a clear link/button such as “Withdraw from the contract here”, a confirmation step, and an automatic confirmation sent to the customer on a durable medium.

Could you please let me know if your theme is planned to support this functionality for WooCommerce stores?

In particular, I would like to know:

Are you planning to add a dedicated withdrawal/cancellation button or template?
Will it be integrated with WooCommerce orders/customer accounts?
Will there be any ready-made form or confirmation flow included?
If this is planned, do you already have an estimated release date?

This requirement may affect many EU-based WooCommerce stores, so it would be helpful to know whether this will be handled by the theme or if we should prepare a custom implementation.

    Hello @pover,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Please note that most of the requests you mentioned are already covered by WooCommerce’s default functionality, such as adding products to the cart, configuring the checkout process, sending emails, and similar features.

You may also submit your request or share the relevant WooCommerce documentation that includes these details. At this time, we have not implemented such features, as none of our customers have requested them and there have been no official requirements from the WooCommerce plugin or similar sources. However, according to their article (https://woocommerce.com/posts/eu-withdrawal-link-requirement/), any store owner can implement this functionality manually using a contact form or other plugins, depending on their specific needs.

If you would like to suggest this as a future feature, please submit your request on our Future Requests Taskboard: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. We will review it and consider adding it based on its popularity among users.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
