    Hi @Nadeem latif,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Thank you!

Disabling it doesn’t solve the problem. I contacted the hosting company and they installed a firewall for security.

    Hello @Nadeem Latif,

Could you please contact your hosting provider and request that they add Pinterest’s IP address to the whitelist and allow third-party services to crawl the content on your website?

Please note that this issue is not related to the XStore theme.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi Dear,
The hosting people have said to do it like this but I don’t know how to do it or can you do it?

“generally if the Pinterest user agent is not blocked in the firewall it would be enough to create a robots.txt file in the root and type ” User-agent: Pinterestbot Allow: /”

    Hello @Nadeem Latif,

You can use the Rank Math SEO or Yoast SEO plugin to edit the robots.txt file:

When someone reviews our product page, they are automatically approved, so how can we disable this so that we can approve it ourselves?
