Please read this article first https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/89-product-images This will help you, because it explains where the width for product images is set for Shop and single product pages.

Tour images are 700px for Shop and 1000px for single product page – https://prnt.sc/E8Ccw21IYAZY Please change it and regenerate thumbnails, as was mentioned.
