Pictures are not showing - by gurhan - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I have a little bit of an emergency, where the pics on these pages are not coming up (I used Masonry Media Grid…)

this is a hotel site and I need to have it up and running by early morning..

Hello,

I’ve enabled “Optimized JS” and “Optimized CSS” in Ultimate > Modules > Scripts and Styles tab.
Please clear browser cache and check pages now.

Please give us full access to FTP account to be able to view all files, not only theme folder.

Hello,

Sorry, but we still can see only “royal” folder via FTP.
Please give us access to public_html folder.

I cleared cahche, cookies.
Tried with Chrome, IE, and Firefox…

Please contact your hosting provider and ask to disable function display_errors. After that check the pages.
