    Hi,

I have on my hosting account 400mb of Physical Memory. And it is almost overused. My hosting provider said that there is a problem with the theme or plugins, i deactivated all the plugins, the same problem.

Please help as soon as possible.

    Hello Vadim,

please temporary switch to default WordPress theme and check will this problem still appear while default WordPress theme is active or not.
In addition please provide us with admin and FTP credentials for your site in private content.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    Hello,

I’ve checked your error_log file via FTP and there is an error:
    База данных WordPress возвратила ошибку Table 'hdigiro_wp902.wpjj_ewwwio_images' doesn't exist в ответ на запрос SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROMwpjj_ewwwio_images, выполненный require('wp-blog-header.php'), require_once('wp-includes/template-loader.php'), include('/themes/lucky/single.php'), do_shortcode, preg_replace_callback, do_shortcode_tag, call_user_func, etheme_share_shortcode, etheme_get_image, etheme_get_resized_url, vt_resize, WP_Image_Editor_GD->save, EWWWIO_GD_Editor->_save, ewww_image_optimizer, ewww_image_optimizer_update_table

Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check the issue with your database.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

ok, ewww image optimizer is a plug-in, disabled it, and no more such errors, but the problem is the same, i just tested a fresh install of the theme on another hosting to see how it uses resources, and the same, all RAM.

Please fix this issue, because i can’t even configure WPML because the ram is always used at maximum

p.s. i have asked the hosting provider, and they said thats because of the theme or plugins, because on my plan a Magento Store with full of plugins will run very smooth and clean.

    Hello,

We are sorry for a long delay.
We checked your site and didn’t find any errors. Unfortunately we can’t assist with your request.
Please take our apologies. You may ask your hosting provider to investigate more deeply what exactly is using so much RAM.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
