Hello,

Do you want to change just text of the drop-down items or the drop-down items function?
This is WooCommerce default option and our theme does not have any files that include this drop-down. In case you want to change the text you can use WooCommerce translation files. In case you want to change how this drop-down work you need to contact WooCommerce support because it’s not our theme option.
