Hello,

What version of the PHP do you use? It should be no lesser than 7.0.
If you use PHP 7.0 or greater but still have this issue provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

Today i just purchased your theme and keep struggline with the same issue

phP version for this folder is 7.0
I tried with 7.2 and 7.3 but the issue still persisted.

please help me to solbe this issue as soon as possible as my end client is really pushing me
and I am really with tied hands due to this issue and impossibility to proceed.
