    For some reason when you click on a product in the store. The photo is cropped, it does not show up fully unless I adjust the page size then it renders fully. products on the product page show cropped as well not all of them only some. is there a reason for this. The last thing I want is for people to not view products properly.

    Hello,

    I’ve set default dimensions for products images as described in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/woocommerce and regenerated thumbnails with the help of plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ .
    Please clear browser cache and check images on Shop page now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thank you the photos are not fully displayed however the product itself is still cut off when you view the product. until I stretch the browser window to make it smaller or larger then the rest of the image shows up.

    Any of the photos will look fine if I move the browser window size, If I adjust its size smaller or larger then the photo loads up but if I just click on a product the photo is cut off. I have regenerated the thumbnails 3 times and same thing. The photos are not loading properly on the product page.

    Hi annexgrfx
    Not blaming you – my comment was aimed at Robert hall- just trying to get someone to respond to anything.

    I have sent so many emails to 8theme but no one has came back, was hoping one of the staff could advise me – on how to start a topic- this has now happened

    Didn’t mean to step your toes, just frustration on my part as I am getting so many issues and no one to ask

    Hope you get you answer to your question

    Hello @annexgrfx,

    Please try to use this code in child style.css:

    .owl-carousel .owl-wrapper-outer, .product-images-slider {
        height: auto !important;
    }

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Yes, I have this issue in the following browsers.

    iphone, ipad, samsung galaxy, blackberry, safari, Firefox, google chrome, internet explorer…. I have this issue no matter where I look.

    Maybe try surfing the website via a proxy and let me know what you see, I have purchased two of these themes for two clients and they are both experiencing the same issue. Different hosts and same problem, even your demo setup did the same thing…..
