Hello,

I am trying to figure out why some of my products are not showing the picture on product page, but when you click on the product to go to the individual product it shows part of the photo. It seems to be happening only on one section of the site which(in private area it’s listed). If you go to the Products page(in WP) and search the sku number it shows full thumb nail in the featured image section. In the main product section under the team menu(View Site) it shows no product picture until you go to the single product(view site) it shows part of the picture. I have already tried to merge with CSV import to see if it would update the photo’s for those, but I guess since it sees the same .jpg is already in the system it doesn’t do anything. The links are good because if I go to the link I can see full picture and download image and manually do it without any problem. How could I tell CSV import to redo the images or is there another possible fix. There is a lot of them so manually would be my last result if that is the only way.

Please give us full permissions for wp dashboard panel.
Also provide us with FTP credentials.

I set it as admin on WP and put FTP below

Hello,

The images are missed in WP Dashboard > Media > Library. I’ve uploaded an image via Media for the product “Arizona State Baseball Mat 26″ diameter” and updated it in the product editor. Now the image is shown for this product. Please check.
Unfortunately you have to upload all images and update them on product pages or you can try this solution: http://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-exportimport-product-featured-images/ .
