Phone number optional on checkout page but set as Required on Customizer

Hi, how can I make phone number a mandatory field on the Checkout page?
I have already set it as Required in Theme Options

Hello,

Do you use server cache or CDN? It can be an effect of the cache or conflict with a plugin. Try to disable additional plugins that can affect the checkout page and check how it works then.
These settings of the checkout come from WooCommerce, so you need to check if there is problem with the default theme (Storefront) or with our theme only.
