Permissions on royal theme preventing javascript

The JavaScript is returning failed because it can’t get certain resources it needs
That’s why we’re getting the JavaScript error
the js is trying to get a image. But the file permissions won’t let it gain access
It’s file permissions, can somebody help us sort this, it seems to be sourced form the royal theme ?

I have fixed all file permissions to 0644 that needs it
