hi,
although you say that the theme is optimised for spedd, my website is not fast as it should be.
i did all the wordpress optimisations but ,it is still slow.

my hosting company told me that , the slowness is because of the theme.
can you check my website ? ,update the theme, or make some tweaks to speed up the theme ?

i am really sick of this slowness.

Hello,

You have a lot of 3rd-party plugins. They can cause slow loading.
Try to disable the plugins and check the site again.
Also update the required plugin to the latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
as well as the theme http://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade (1.5 Theme Upgrade).

Don’t forget to create a back up before update!

hi,
after upgrading the theme,

in the top , the alternative languages and currencies ,reappeared.
i dont want them , can you delete the currencies and language ,options.

an other problem is, when scrolling the page down, my original logo disappear , and the theme logo appears.
can you fix that ?

and after the theme update,

the banners ,are copied .

can you delete the first banner at the top please,it cant be deleted from admin.

also here, https://www.vipinci.com/hediye
there mustnt be a banner,it appeared after the upgrade
can you delete it tooo?

Hello,

I’ve removed second slider on the Shop page in Theme Options > Shop > Product Page Banner.
Also I’ve placed empty Text widget in “Place in header top bar” area in Appearance > Widgets to hide languages and currencies at the top.
To resolve the issue with logo in fixed header I’ve added its image in Theme Options > Header > Logo image for Fixed header.
Now clear browser cache and check the site.

when the page loads, there is a loading screen ,writing %100

how can we disable it ?

and can the page load more quick ,when we disable it.
