  Installed on test server prior migration, with all demo content, paypal checkout regular not even showing paypal option, instead it just reports:

  “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

  These settings are related to Woocommerce plugin. You need contact their support team regarding your issue.
