Hi Support

for some reason, paypal is not working on my site..
the product item price is no loaded after going > checkout with paypal

really urgent and i have no idea what it could be

thank you, logins to my wordpress are in private content

Hello,

Please take our apologies but this issue is related to Woocommerce configuration. You have to contact their support. Also check if the problem persists with default WordPress theme Twenty Fifteen.

if i activate the twenty fifteen theme it works perfectly..

funny thing,. it worked on the version 2.1 of the royal theme, then after the upgrade to version 2.2 of the theme it stopped working so, it must be something in the theme ..

this is super urgent, and thank you for the efforts!

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version 2.3.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
