    Hello @Steven,

Could you please check whether the issue persists when using the default shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] on the Checkout page instead of the Elementor widget? If you require our assistance, please provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content area.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello @Steven,

We have tested the issue using the default shortcode and also noticed errors related to the mentioned payment plugin (see: https://prnt.sc/pnXb7XbDwVlN, https://prnt.sc/4T3YrOLNAhDu). This indicates that the issue is likely related to the configuration or code issues of the payment plugin settings rather than our theme’s code.

In this case, we would like to suggest the following steps:
    1. If possible, please test the functionality on your staging website using a default theme such as Storefront.
    2. May we temporarily switch to the default theme on your current website for testing purposes?
    3. Could you also contact the plugin’s support team and ask them to review the issue?

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hi Jack,

yes, please run the test on the other theme. But please don’t delete any of our current theme.

I already told TilloPay to look into the issue.

    Hello @Steven,

We have reviewed the issue with the Storefront theme, and the same problem occurs there as well (https://prnt.sc/74lyeQunbCE-). This indicates that the issue is not directly related to our theme. We would appreciate it if you could share the solution provided by the plugin’s author once it becomes available.

    Best regards,

    Hi,
Below is the translated answer of my payment platform:

Error in the path used to load the images
We identified that the module’s images are being called from an incorrect path. In the code, the following structure appears:

    /wp-content/plugins/tilopay//assets/images/
The presence of a double slash (“//”) in the path, as well as certain inconsistencies in how the HTML content was inserted, may cause the images not to load correctly. This aligns with the behavior observed in the second attached image, where the section is not rendering properly.

HTML code with misplaced or improperly closed tags
Within the inspected snippet, a closing tag was found inside an HTML block where it does not belong. This type of error interrupts content interpretation and can affect the checkout display.

Additionally, tags such as were found outside their corresponding container, which breaks the DOM structure.

Issues in the insertion of attributes and styles
Some tags contain malformed attributes, for example:

    style=’\”width:’ none
This invalid format causes styling errors that prevent the images from displaying correctly.

Incorrect insertion of quotation marks and escaped characters
The reviewed fragment contains multiple improperly escaped quotation marks within the HTML. This indicates that the integration of the HTML inside the JavaScript string was not done correctly. As a result, the browser does not correctly interpret the content, affecting the rendering of the section.

    Images that must be validated
The module must correctly load the following images, so it is necessary to confirm that the path for each one is properly configured:

    “visa.svg”

    “mastercard.svg”

    “american_express.svg”

    “sistema_clave.svg”

    “tasa-cero.png”

These images should be called from the standard path:

    https://g7autozone.com/wp-content/plugins/tilopay/assets/images/
Without double slashes or misplaced quotation marks or characters.

We are attaching the image corresponding to the analysis performed, where you can clearly see the section and the inspected files for this validation.

We appreciate your support in reviewing the points mentioned above. Once the corrections have been made, please confirm so we can continue the investigation and validate the correct rendering of the module again.

We remain attentive and available for any additional questions.

    Hello @steven,

Please note that the mentioned issue is not related to our theme, as it originates from a separate plugin that was not developed by our team. You can verify this by checking the following URL: https://g7autozone.com/wp-content/plugins/tilopay/assets/images/. The part of the URL “plugins/tilopay” indicates that the issue is associated with the “tilopay” plugin.

We kindly ask you to contact the plugin’s support team for further assistance, as we are only able to provide support for issues related to our own projects.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
