Payment method and place order button appears twice on checkout page

    As the title states. Please see attached screenshot.

    How can this be fixed?

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Hi Eva

    I have had quite a few customers mention that the page just “hangs” when clicking the “place order” button on the checkout page. Please could you check this for me on my two sites.

    Hi Eva

    It is apparently only happening in Internet Explorer. I did try myself in Internet Explorer and and I placed an order 3 times on each site. Only once out of 3 times it did hang when I clicked “place order” with the credit card payment option

    Hi Eva,

    Do you have any info on this above please? I am still receiving messages from customers using Internet Explorer that the page ‘hangs’ and does not move forward when they are clicking place order.

    Hello,

    I checked your sites in IE11 and didn’t found any issues. Unfortunately we can’t replicate this problem.

    Do your clients use the latest version of IE?
