Payment Gateway showing twice on live checkout!

Hi There,

We recently created a website with the IDstore theme which is now live and in use! We received feedback that when clients are using the cart and check out, it is showing a duplicate of the same payment gateway to select. Eg: Payfast (select), Payfast (select)

Please could you assist with this further.

Hello,

Sorry, but your credentials isn’t correct. Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.
Also please update theme to the latest version (3.7) http://themeforest.net/item/idstore-responsive-multipurpose-ecommerce-theme/4792186
Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.

Hi Brian,

I have attached all the relevant details and tested the WordPress login from my side successfully.

We have not updated to the latest version as yet. The backup has not been completed yet. We were hoping you could give it a look through beforehand as I don’t believe the version is the cause…

Hi Brian,

Thanks, it seems to be reflecting correctly,

One last query. When a client registers an account, etc it obviously sends you confirmation to your e-mail thereafter allowing you to login with a custom genreated username. I was wondering how I could change the my-account -> login/sign-in form the client would see from the generic title “enter your login” to something like “enter your username” as to prevent confusion.

Is this possible, also the my account section when signed in, on the top bar it would be ideal to have the clients name instead of the generic.

Are these change possible? And they are purely to prevent confusion to the user so not crucial but would be nice to get in order.

Hello,

You can change the text in wp-content/themes/idstore/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php file.
Concerning “to have the clients name instead of the generic”, unfortunately this is impossible. Sorry.

Yes you may create child theme and customize following files and edit this text fields manualy:
1)idstore\woocommerce\myaccount\form-login.php (line 34 :”enter your login name” )
2)idstore\et-links.php (line 4: “Your account”)
