Payment checkout doesn't work in IE – URGENT

    Hi, I just got a new payment checkout solution and it doesn’t load in Internet Explorer. I swiched to standard theme to try and then it worked. Could you help me so that it works in IE? It’s a bit urgent…

    Hi again, the support of the payment checkout says this:

    “I cloned your site and tested it in our environment and I can see that it is your theme that is behind the problem. There is something in your theme that removes the version number from the javascript file we upload, which makes the file cached even when it is being updated.”

    Hope it helps and that we can fix the problem very soon.

    Hello,

    Do you use any cache on your server, CloudFlare or any other? At first clear cache.
    We do not have any problem with checkout on our test site, so very likely the problem relates to some of your 3-rd party plugins that you use, sorry but we do not provide support for 3-rd party plugins as it is out of our support scope.
