Partially Photos on home page can't be displayed

Hi 8Theme,

Partially of photos in XStore homepage can’t be displayed and I have checked that all photos in the media is available.

Refer print screen below.

Hi,

Provide URL of page and temporary wp-admin access.

Please share with me how to settle it by my own as I would like to solve it in future too without keep seeking assistance from 8theme and for faster turnaround time.

Is it XStore not 100% compatible with Elementor? Will it better compatibility if using WPBakery? Shall I switch to WPBakery halfway?

FYI, I can see those photos during editing with Elementor, however it didn’t shown when it’s in Preview/Published version.

Ok, we will let you know the solution once find it, but to be able to help, we need, at least, check your problem/settings. As was mentioned, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.
Our theme is 100% compatible with Elementor.
Thanks for screenshots, we are waiting for wp-admin access.

Hello,

Issue was not related to theme but causes by Jetpack plugin https://prnt.sc/10kdyyj
Once I disabled plugin all the images are in place.

Is it the only way to solve it? Cause it have to compromise Jetpack to solve the issues. No other option available?
