    hi , do we need a particolar plugin installed for parallax effect?
    i try to set as your reference, but it doesn’t work

    it seems everything simple but it’s not possible show the parallax effect
    I attached the credentials

    Hello,

    As you can see from the screenshot https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/assets/images/image_27.png you should upload parallax image in the section “Row Backgrounds”, but you don’t have it http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/15/0821/h_1440155424_7102598_b1471a8bce.png , because you didn’t install Ultimate VC Addons plugin that is required for our theme. Download the latest version here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and upload the plugin folder to wp-content/plugins directory via FTP, then activate it in Plugins section of wp-admin panel.
