Parallax effect show a white gap between two background.

Hello,

I’ve added margin-bottom value 0px in the row settings:

I do it as your setting, but I find the last background still happen the white gap on desktop, and in mobile portrait screen and landscape screen still with it.

pls check…

2. Most of the time, when I reload browser or into my site first time, the background 3, 4 cannot be shown as pale.

The Parallax effect seems not so stable, why? how to fix it?

Hello,

I’ve added custom class for the last row in home page and added this code in CSS block:

But as I see white space is present in the image itself:

You need edit it in Photoshop and remove this line.
Then reupload the image.

Dear Eva,

Could not it fit Chrome?
As I observe from Google Analytics, there about 40% people use Chrome to browse the internet.
Would you please fix the Chrome problem?

Hello,

This issue is related to Ultimate VC Addons plugin. We contacted them and received the reply:

We tested, at the moment – Fixed background property is creating bugs in Chrome.

if you google “Chrome bug with fixed background” you will find many people reporting the same.

The workaround for this is quick. Simply change fixed background to “Move with the content” (scroll) Further – you can apply parallax to it and make it even more beautiful.

So I’ve set “Move with content” option in “Scroll Effect” field for Background in the row settings for the 3rd and 4th images.

Please clear browser cache and check now.
