Parallax background images disappear - by freakpool

Hello.

Since first installation we have problems with the parallax content display on the startpage of the theme.

Every time we change something on our site the background images of the parallax content on the startpage disappear.
So each time we have to save the startpage, then it is ok. With that we could life.
But now we detect, that the same problem also come out when somebody buy something in the shop.
So when we have to save the startpage after every sale it is not ok.
What is going wrong?

Hello,

You’re using old theme and plugins versions. Please update them.
Don’t forget ot make backup of the site before update.
Here is video tutorial how to update:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Hm, but there is only a Royal Child Theme ( with really less code in it) to download and not a new Version. This would remove the bug?
Is it realy necessary to do this effort with update all?
Since we had the Bug we have allready done some updates in the past and nothing changed about this bug.

Ok, we have updated theme and all plugins to the newest versions.
Now the parallax background images disappeard completely without the option to return them by saving 🙁

I added this code wp_enqueue_script('googleapis'); in theme-functions.php file and it fixed the issue.

Hello.

Thank you for the info!

We noticed now that since the last updates we had a display problem with the product images in our shop.
They are showed all on top of each other instead of one picture to click through.
See example link in private content.

Can you help with this?

Go to Theme Options > Single Product Page > Enable slider for gallery images > On.
