1) Go to 2nd page of the products
2) View product page
3) Click “Return to previous page”
4) Now the list is constantly reloading
It happened in previous Legenda version also.
How to fix it?
Theme version: 2.8.1 WooCommerce version: 4.4Hello,
Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins http://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.
Best regards,

Hello,
I don’t see pagination on your Shop page. Please show a direct page where you have it.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
I had to eliminate the paging because of the bug – it made page unusable!
Please change the setting “Products per page” in your own theme settings and you are good to go!
I changed it to 4 for now. If you are unable to fix it, please change it to -1.
Hello,
I clicked on the 3rd page on your Shop page, then clicked on the 13th page, after that I pressed “Return to previous page” link and was redirected to the 3rd page, so the link is working fine.
What browser are you checking in?
Try to use another one.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hello,
Even when I viewed single product page and then clicked “Return to previous page” link I was redirected to the 2nd page of Shop page and it was loaded properly.
Have you tried to check with other browser?
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
It’s Safari and OS X 10.10. Currently have no other browser to use.
Wanted to test it in iOS also but noticed that this theme doesn’t scale on mobile – something wrong it our setup? In your DEMO page can not test this bug because this part of the page is missing (Return to previous page).
Hello,
This issue persists only in Safari browser and only for “Return to previous page” link.
Our developers were able to replicate the issue and will try to resolve it.
But solution will be available only in the theme update.
Meanwhile you can hide this link on Shop page.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello,
Now we can’t access WP Dashboard getting the error “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”.
Please open access for us.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hello,
The problem persists only with your child theme. Activate parent theme and check your site on mobile.
You should check your customization made in the child theme.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hello,
