Hey guys, I’ve been using your theme with no issues for a while now but now editing a page in the backend won’t save – it only works in the Visual Composer front end editor. It says “post updated” but nothing happens. I can make do for most pages but it is making it impossible to edit a grid in the Grid Builder. I’ve already gotten rid of all page revisions so that isn’t the issue, and I’ve tried contacting Visual Composer support but they say it’s a theme issue. Please help!

    Hello,

I checked one grid and one of pages but didn’t face any problem with updating.
Please help me recreate the problem. On what exactly page or grid you can’t save changes?

    Regards

Either “List Item” under the grid builder…try to change the main “normal” container from 1:1 height mode to original and hit save – it’ll say saved but nothing will happen.

hmm, very frustrating – what issue could this be? Tried on home and work computer and had the same problem – did you test both buttons?

Using the latest version of Chrome, and I tried it on Firefox as well…does it have to do with cookies or a firewall? I’m at a loss.

I am not sure, it is a strange situation, and very likely it doesn’t relate to our theme. You may check this situation with Storefront theme (official WC theme). We are able to help you only in case problem appears with our theme only (and we can see this problem on your site) and works fine with official WC theme.

    Regards
