    Thanks for the reply, Eva.

    Please have a look here:
    http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/FiAMs/http://fittaste.com

It shows that the problem is the admin-ajax.php

    How can we handle that?

I have again gone through it and the main problem is the ajax.

Here is post on another page that has the same issue:

    https://support.woothemes.com/hc/communities/public/questions/201220087-Woocommerce-Causes-Slow-admin-ajax-php-Load-Times

So, do you have any idea on that?

    Thanks!

    Thanks, Eva!

That helped a little bit more.

We have also the W3C Total Cache and MaxCDN in use, but it is also hard to improve..

I have to come back to this here.

    The heartbeat is still there.

Do you know if this is a hosting problem or how to solve this?

We need a better speed performance.

For example: if there are 200+ users on the page, the shop is too slow to get orders. This is a big, big problem and we need a fix very soon (ASAP).

    Thanks!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

You need to contact your hosting provider to analyze the problem with slow shop loading when number of site visitors increases. Perhaps you will need to upgrade your hosting performances.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

I too get admin Ajax issues with this theme, Google picks it up also.

I have caching plugin but this is a theme issue and it needs looking into.

Added heartbeat plugin, has helped but pingdom speed test does still flag admin Ajax as slow to respond.

We have changed it to a V-Server and the problem of the admin-ajax.php is still.

The heartbeat disable is not working and I need to know why.

    Thanks!

    Hello @konair,

Please check your site with default WordPress theme.
Are you getting the same issues with Twenty Fifteen theme (for example) activated?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
