Page not working – strange problem

    We’re having a strange problem on sensilis.pl.

    The page suddenly isn’t displaying properly.
    When I installed the “elementor” plugin, something appeared, but not what I expected.
    The site is built on wpbakery and has been working flawlessly for a long time.
    Could it be yesterday’s update?

    Please help urgently.

    1/ Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.

    2/ We kindly ask you to downgrade your PHP version to either 8.1 or 8.2 (contact your hosting provider) , as not all plugins are currently compatible with your current version – 8.3.12

    3/ Additionally, please contact your hosting provider to request FTP access credentials. Once you have obtained them, kindly share the details with us so we can further assist you.

    Thank you for providing access. We have reviewed your environment and noticed that you are currently using PHP version 8.3.12.

    We would like to inform you that the plugins mpc-massive and woocommerce-infinite-scroll are not compatible with this version of PHP. To ensure proper functionality of these plugins, we kindly recommend downgrading your PHP version to either 8.0 or 7.4.

    The server was always running version 8.0. I received a message from you in a previous message asking me to upgrade the version, so I did, but it didn’t change anything.

    Now it’s set to version 8.0.

    I can’t upgrade to version 7.4 because the provider doesn’t support it.

    Maybe this will help fix it.

    I enabled the “elementor” plugin and the page appeared – the store and articles are working.

    But the main page isn’t correct; the page is in WPBAKERY, and it seems to want to use ELEMENTOR.
    Is there any way to change this?

    We kindly advise against using multiple builders simultaneously. In your case, the most suitable solution would be to choose a single builder and rebuild the missing pages using it exclusively.

    Except I didn’t change anything on the website, and it happened after the xstore update I did on Thursday – that’s what it looks like.

    Have you looked into this problem?
    As I wrote, the website was prepared for WPBakery – you can see it when you log in.
    I don’t know why, when I disable ELEMENTOR, the website stops working.
    When I enable it, everything is fine, except the home page, which displays everything I need – you’ll need to verify that. Because I only have everything configured in WPBakery on the home page, and the content isn’t showing up.
    Take a look at this, because I see you’re replying to me without even considering my problem.

    I created a new homepage and copied the boxes from the old one and noticed a few things.
    1. I don’t have a top menu on the new page – why isn’t it appearing and how can I add it?
    2. Several “rows” are generating errors, and I don’t know why.
    The row with blog posts and photos – if I don’t add it, everything displays correctly.

    I’m asking for urgent help, as the site has been down for several days and I haven’t received any help from you, and nothing has changed on my end – only an update on Thursday.

    The same problem persists.
    The main page displays some nonsense. The elements created in WP-Backery are missing – please verify this issue, as something is broken.

    Additionally, the new subpage still doesn’t have a menu – how can I add one there? (private message)

    Everything’s broken after the latest update – before, the products were displaying correctly.

    PLEASE URGENT HELP, as our website has been down for almost two weeks due to your updates.

    In the store, these banners are displayed at the end of the product list – where can I remove them? They weren’t there (photo).

    And all the products are displaying incorrectly (private message).

    But not all the reported items.
    1. Products display correctly – fine.
    2. There are two banners at the end of the product list in the store that weren’t there; they appeared after an update – how do I remove them?

    URGENT!!!
    What have you ruined with these updates!!
    THIS IS A TRAGEDY!

    1. The “kontakt” page – private – when I enter the site, it shows some demo of yours, but when I edit it, it shows my actual content! What’s going on? – PLEASE VERIFY THIS URGENTLY!
    2. The same thing is happening with the top menu.
    The menu is the correct “main menu,” but the page displays something else – HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?
