Hello I have updated the theme and our about page will not show the bottom content under the header on Microsoft Edge or Chrome, but will display correctly on Firefox.

Page with Issue: https://delightsbydawn.com/about/ I also recreated the page from scratch and it still did the same thing; https://delightsbydawn.com/info

Also after updating WooCommerce and disabling some plugins, we aren’t receiving orders through email.

    Thanks.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

Hello I checked the credentials under the users and didnt find any problems, could you tell me where they are the incorrect at?

Also The pages that I mentioned above are still not showing up correctly in Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or internet explorer correctly. Its not showing the full content, its showing the header only. In Firefox it displays the full content. Thanks

Also, please update theme to 3.3 version https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade and all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/gtwfrk
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.

    Regards
