Hi,

I’m trying the installation on all devices and the page doesn’t scroll on my tablet.

Any help?

I’ve checked your site with Android tablet and it’s scrolling properly there.
Please specify what device you’re checking with.

I’ve checked your site and have not seen any problems. The site is scrolling properly on a tablet. What mobile device are you using? Are your theme and plugins updated to the latest versions?

Hi Jack! Nice to meet you!
In my tablet, the scroling doesnt work in horizontal neither vertical position. The logo dont appear And it takes a lot of time to load. A lot of.
Im very frustrated with this theme.

Could you please check with different mobile devices?
Does the problem persist there too?
We checked on Android and iPhone devices and didn’t see any issues with scrolling.
