Page not loading/working on Iphone ISO devices

Hi, I was surprised with a message in my facebook page from a customer telling us that he is not being able to see my site in iphone devices (ISO) with any browser. So I tested and its true, not working / loading. I don’t like iphones but many customers do and I need to fix that. I think its the responsive mode of the theme.

Can you please help me solve this issue?

Hi, I dont know if you are using a simulator, please use an actual iphone diferent divecies. I am in a groupe in whatsupp with many freinds and asked to try it in iphone they said the same thing “not loading”. Please use diferent iphones to test.

I have confirmed the issue and I am 100% sure.

Hi, ok its now loading but not like in other phones. It shows in iphone the side bar first then the content, In samsung it shows the content then the side bar. I didnt test it for single producs but it must work the same, first the product and then the side bar. I dont want it to display diferent in each device.

Please help me with this becouse I am not working waiting to solve this issue becouse more than the 50% of my customers use iphone.

OK OK we have a problem. Not only in iphone devices but in all ISO or apple products. Not loding in ipads and some iphones, please this is not good, this is a big issue to us. We are now waiting for you to fix the issue so that we can add products and work. This is not good.

Please test your theme with all MAC devices including ipads and iphones also they must display exactly in the same order like in other devices like somesung phones and tablets.

Please this issue cant wait, try to help me as fast as you can.

Hello,

Take our apologies for the delay in answering.
We have fixed the problem with loader and sidebar position on iOS devices, but you have enabled the cache plugin and the old version of file was cached. Anyway check your site now, please.

hi, thanks I will. Now the site can open in all iphones and ipads? how do you know that. I dont have iphone or Ipad I must check with my feinds again. But how do you know?

When in this topic you said that if was fixed we tryed and only in one type of iphone was fixed. Ipads and others where still not loading.
