Page keeps scrolling up when clicking on Tabs

Hi,

On a product page, I have the usual tabs, every-time I click one, page scrolls up. This is annoying as I want it to keep focus and for the page to not move: http://queverenedimburgo.com/extranet/product/cruises/

As well, is your theme compatible with http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-pdf-product-vouchers/ ? as i don’t seem to be able to show on the product page, the voucher option (adding customer name) however I do see the voucher picture.

Hello,

Did you make any changes in the original theme files?

Sorry, but we can’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugin with the theme. We can’t test all plugins, there are huge amount of them.

Hi Eva,

None at all. The only changes are the ones you guys made or asked me to do in the custom file.

When I try the default Woocommerce theme “Storefront”, the tabs are working fine and the page does not scroll up.

So I am guessing the issue is from the theme.

As well, for your information, I have disabled every plugin beside Woocommerce one, and issue still happening.

Hello,

Try to edit the page wp-content/themes/legenda/js/etheme.js (line 1344) and comment the code e.preventDefault();. After that clear browser cache and check tabs.
