Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.
Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
Thank you for helping out.
Hello @Chinthaka Arampath,
After enabling the debug mode (https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/) on your website, we noticed several notices (https://prnt.sc/nshtwiQn74tc) that could potentially cause issues during the import process (https://prnt.sc/40Rw6ijfba83), especially if third-party plugins were installed and activated before importing the demo content.
We recommend disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce, Elementor, PRO Elements, and XStore Core. Then, please use the “Content Reset” feature in the XStore Control Panel → Import Demos (https://prnt.sc/3a-JhI0ETxf6) and re-import the desired demo content from scratch.
You may follow the procedure described above on your own. Alternatively, if you would like us to reset all content on your website and perform the re-import for you, we will be happy to assist.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @Chinthaka Arampath,
Could you please check it now? The issue was caused by an incorrect configuration of the Wishlist page. We have now resolved the problem, and the pages are displaying correctly.

Hi Team, this is frustrating.
The issue is still there. I just tried few products, ie edited few product that is imported with demo content. When just product name and permalink is updated the product loads ok. Soon as product images are changed the product page content does not load.
https://kasthiram.lk/product/golden-yellow-jaipur-silk-co-ord-suit/
https://prnt.sc/u30WMdYS3l-L
Then the shop page stops loading as well.
https://prnt.sc/lUF0pG3c9kOM
Why is this keeps happening?
Hello @Chinthaka Arampath,
Could you please disable the CDN on your website, as it appears that the issues are caused by its incorrect configuration? For example, some content is being cached incorrectly, and certain CDN scripts are being inserted into the header elements (see https://prnt.sc/WnM89s2RSA5r).

Hi Team,
This website is hosted on Bluehost. I have not configured any CDNs. But there is a CDN option provided by Bluehost. Now I have disabled as well. But the issue exist. Can you please check again from your end as well?
Hello @Chinthaka Arampath,
Could you please contact your hosting provider and request the following:
– Check whether any server rules are rewriting the HTML output, as this may be causing the issue (for reference: https://prnt.sc/w8tDuQj6J4FL).
– Set max_input_vars to 2000 or higher (the current value is 1000).
– Temporarily disable any server caching and CDN (if there is any else except for the one you disabled).
– Ensure that the PHP version is between 8.0 and 8.2 (if it is higher, please temporarily downgrade it to version 8.2.x).
Best regards,

Hi team, checked above with the Bluehost team.
– No server rules are overwriting HTML output.
https://prnt.sc/CHuxh5_-rven
– max_input_vars set to 2000
https://prnt.sc/o0qPnjmDJ23u
– No CDNs enabled.
https://prnt.sc/6jKh2cIcuaSM
– PHP downgraded to 8.2.29
https://prnt.sc/Y09E1NLPJEI3
But the issue still exists.
Hi Team,
Do we have any update on this? Appreciate support.
Thank you,
Hello, Chinthaka Arampath,
Thank you for providing access. The main issue with the import was that the file editing option was disabled on your server (we have now enabled it). Please note that without this option, imports, image uploads, and even Elementor will not function properly.

Hey Team,
I just edited one of the products that came with the demo. I just edited the title, permalink and product images and then click update. Now that product page is broken.
https://kasthiram.lk/product/hot-red-with-floral-print-maslin-co-ord-suit/
What might be happening here? Should we delete the whole site, and recreate in the hosting server again?
Request your urgent support team.
Thanks,
Hello, Chinthaka Arampath,
Hi, yes, it is preferable to create everything from scratch and on a different hosting platform, as even when we try to edit pages in Elementor, we encounter the following error: “Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered.”
This issue occurs on all pages, not only on the single product page, and it persists even when using the default theme.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
Hi Andrew, I cant change the hosting platform. I am on Bluehost which is known for wordpress hosting. I have around 15 more sites on the platform, which i dont face such issues.
What I can do is delete the current instance and a new site in the same hosting.
And i assume this is an issue with the theme, since i don`t face issue like this on other sites.
If anything is not working, I would like to request a full refund. thanks. because I have to look for some other solutions. Client is waiting.

Unfortunately, we can see that the issue persists even with the default theme. So, please reinstall WordPress from scratch, and we will try again. However, it is quite unusual-do your other websites also use Elementor as the main builder?

Hi Team,
I have purchased a new hosting from another provider (EasyWP) just for this client, to get your theme working and tried installing the theme and the demo. But it gives an error as well. But this time it comes during the demo installation.
I have attached a screenshot.
Please note this is a staging site. But registered with license key.
System status: All are ok. (Green ticks)
How should we resolve this one?
Hello, Chinthaka Arampath,
Thank you for providing access. We can see that the demo has been installed correctly. In addition, we have noticed that you have already made changes to the products, and the website is functioning properly.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
