    I had certain problems with the WPBakery Page Builder Plugin.
    Overall “Row Stretching” wasn’t working. Furthermore some elements like the “button” and “social media icons” were invisible…

    When I got support by the WPbakery team, they told me the following:

    “[…] the page builder at your end is modified by the theme author along with the output. The customisation code used to do so is most likely not compatible with recent WordPress releases and hence causes an issue. You can get in touch with the theme author and get rid of the code used to modify the plugin so that there is no such issue.”

    So how can I get rid of the code to solve this issue?

    Hello,

    We did not make changes in plugin files, so you should not have any compatibility issues. Are you talking about frontend or backend editing? Have you tried to enable the default WP theme and stretch row option works fine?

    Could you, please, provide us Dashboard and FTP access to your site and link to page where stretch row options do not work and button and social media icons are invisible?
