Page builder is not updating even after deactivating other plugins one by one

    Hello,
    WP Bakery Page builder is not updating even after deactivating other plugins one by one. See screenshot https://prnt.sc/qHZ7mJ-nBXd2
    I can also download it via 8theme.com/downloads but why it is not updating from my theme plugin installer?

    1. Please navigate to the XStore dashboard.
    2. Unregister the theme.
    3. Re-register the theme using the same purchase code.

    Thanks for the assistance. After theme unregistering and Re-register, can i lose the current theme customization ?

    Thanks for the assistance. I have exported theme customization, deactivated and reactivated. After reactivating my domain again appeared in the 8theme account panel. See screenshot https://prnt.sc/OGPodsySNVt7. But still wp bakery page builder is not updating in the plugin installer. Again i disabled the plugins including cache plugin but its not updating.
    Can you guide me about the cause? Thanks in advance.

    To do this, please follow these steps:

    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

    I confirm hereby that the access to my wp-admin will not help you as the issue is not from our side. In last 2 months all the plugins are updated but the only one plugin is not updating anymore which is WPBakery. Even if you deactivate all other plugins, yet wp-bakery is not updating. 100% no any plugin conflicting issue. Please read my last message here above.
    I have purchased 2 themes woopress and xstore. Only on my 2 websites my wpbakery page builder is uploaded. I never ever used this page builder for any other website. You guys just focus on to enable the updates from your end. It is an issue from your end.

    We wish to inform you that an issue has been fixed. However, it is uncertain whether this will be a permanent solution, as the WPBakery plugin has started to block automatic updates from all sources except their own.     Purchasing Page builder with such a heavy scripts is very unlikely for me. Its better to replace with Elementor.
    But may be in future i change my mind and purchase WPbakery.

    Can you please tell me if WPbakery plugin is modified by your team??
    If i replace the modified version with the original version, then it can cause an issue and break my website. In such case, it is very important to contact you and confirm whether any change was made to the core plugin files. If so, then i need to get these changes transferred onto a child theme. This will make sure that using direct version and updating it in future will not cause any issues.
    Your reply regarding this issue will be highly appreciated.
