Own HTML Widget not working - by Sheine - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi, when i add the ”Own HTML” widget to a sidebar, it does not open.
    Therefor, i cannot edit its contents. For ‘Own HTML’ widgets that i have already created i have the same problem. I cannot open them. When i click on them, i only see textbuttons for Delete and Save.

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you cleared all cache on your site.
    If this doesn’t help provide FTP access.
