    Dear XStore Support Team,

I am facing an issue on my website where out-of-stock products still show the “Add to Cart” button on the product detail page. Although these products are out of stock, users are still able to attempt adding them to their cart, which leads to confusion.

For example, on this page: https://sintex.asot.in/water-tanks/accessories-instakit/, the “Add to Cart” button is still visible for out-of-stock items.

I would like to request a solution that:

Prevents users from adding out-of-stock products to the cart.

Replaces the “Add to Cart” button with an “Out of Stock” button when a product is out of stock.

This would improve the user experience and help avoid frustration for visitors attempting to purchase unavailable products.

Could you please assist me with this change? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your support.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Let us know the results.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello,

    Please try the next:
WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Out of stock visibility > Hide out-of-stock items from the catalog. Clear cache and check the result.

    Hello,

We would like to inform you that the “fatal-errors-2025-04-28” file, found under WooCommerce > Status, indicates a problem within the code of your child theme.

We recommend reviewing the file for further details and addressing the issue to ensure the smooth operation of your website.
