  product is out of stock but still shows in front-end:

  also the swatches are not crossed off if the item is out of stock

  Hello @Sahil,

  To completely hide out-of-stock items from your WooCommerce store, you can use a combination of settings. More details can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/hide-out-of-stock-products-not-works-properly/

  Additionally, you can enable the “Show ‘Out of stock’ products at the end” option in Dashboard → Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop Page Layout: https://gyazo.com/deaed9f6782e6d07066d82429b5f6d3b

  To investigate the issue with your swatches not being crossed out, we will need temporary wp-admin access. Please provide these details in private content if you would like our assistance.
