Organize a list af category in different groups

Hello,
I have to reorganize the category colum of this page:
http://www.laminotech.webacto.es/shop/

Firstly I need to order this lists of categories in an ordered list.
I’ve put in order dragging up the different categories in Productos > Categorias but doesn’t work correctly in my Shop Page.

I also need group all this list into three parts, named:
CONTROL SOLAR Y TERMICO
DECORACION Y PRIVACIDAD
SEGURIDAD Y PROTECCION AMBIENTAL

How to reach this estructurated gerarchy category organization?

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Widgets and add Woocommerce Product Categories widget into “Shop Sidebar” area and select order type in the widget settings.
