    Hello,

    This question relates to WooCommerce.
    New order emails are sent to chosen recipient(s) when a new order is received.

    Can I get support from WooCommerce? Do I become a member of WooCommerce when I purchased XStore?

    WooCommerce is a free plugin that is separate from our theme. XStore is fully compatible with this plugin, so we can guide you or fix compatibility bugs. But you need to read the documentation of the plugin, and you can contact the support of the WC via support forum – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
