Options not appearing & Plugin not installed

    The options in the menu are way less than what is appearing in the documentation. For instance I’m not getting the blog option in the left menu.

    Also, the plugin is not installing!

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.
    Do you mean XStore > Theme Options or Appearance > Menus?
    In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.

    Name the required plugin.

    For your reference please find the error screenshot:
    Niche Market 2 Installed! But We Have Some Errors:
    Products not installed
    Options not installed
    Menu not installed

    The most common errors happened by low server requirements, we strongly recommend to cantact your host provider and check the necessary settings.

    Hello @Faisal,

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , then do the import of mentioned elements only one by one – https://prnt.sc/vmNtNxcFaHzS
