Options do not appear - by ahdotta - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    As it can be seen in the image below, is no longer appearing the options of the theme, when I click on 8Theme Options, only this appears, that is, the options do not appear

    Hello,

    Try to deactivate all the third-party plugins that did not come bundled with our theme and check if it fixes the problem. If not keep plugins deactivated and provide FTP access to your site.
