Optimisation of the website – problem of exceeding resources

Hello,

I regret to inform you that every time we publish a new collection we have problems on the site in terms of resource overrun (error 503). We have already upgraded our server to a higher performance twice (we currently have the ‘Enterprise Plus’ package https://atthost.pl/parametry-bezpieczenstwa/), but are still experiencing issues.
Are you able to check what could be improved in terms of optimising our site?
We would be very grateful, as this problem is already very annoying 🙁

Hello,

Do you get this error while publishing products? Could you, please, check server error logs? Do you have errors there?

Performance slowdowns begins when scheduled products are published. When clients enter the site, the biggest performance problems occur.
Is there any chance to optimise this on the website settings?

Hello,

Could you, please, check server error logs? Do you have errors there?
Could you try if you have performance problem when the default theme is activated and you publish scheduled products?
