Hello, I’m trying to activate the xstore theme on my dushijeans.com.co site, but I’m getting the following error Ops… Your purchase code has been blocked.

The error happened after updating the theme and wordpress.

I have deactivated the domain to activate it again, perhaps this way the error was solved, but the error still persists.

Hello, I understand, I have removed xstore from the dushidotaciones.com.co site and put the site in maintenance mode until I purchase a new license as soon as possible.

Please can you activate the xstore theme on the dushijeans.com.co site, I bought the theme for this site.
