OPening video in the Legenda lightbox - by Tim

How can I open a youtube video in the lightbox? I saw prettyPhoto files in the theme so I assume this is loaded on all pages? The prettyPhoto documentation says:

1) “Create a link ().
2) Add the rel attribute “prettyPhoto” to it (rel=”prettyPhoto”).
3) Change the href of your link so it points to the YouTube video page, the same link you would share with friends.”

but this doesn’t work.

Hello,

Sorry but there is no such feature in our theme.
You may try to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-video-lightbox/

But the theme uses the prettyPhoto lightbox script right? If so it should be possible I would think.

Yes, we’re using prettyPhoto lightbox script, but we don’t have such feature for video. If you have necessary skills you may try to customize the files yourself. As it requires additional customization this service isn’t for free, but due to a lot amount of work our developers aren’t able to assist you on this request. We’re very sorry.
